子どもの歯並び矯正 子どもの歯ならび矯正 歯並びが気になる 大人の前歯がガタガタしてきた 乳歯がきっちり隙間なく生えている お子さんの乳歯が永久歯に生え変わる時期は、保護者の方にとって歯並びが一番気になるときですね。歯並びが悪くなる原因にはいくつかの要因がありますが、そのうちの一つに、あごの発育不足で永久歯の生えるスペースが少ないことが考えられます。当院では、歯列を広げて歯が並ぶためのスペースをつくる、「床矯正」を行なっております。 床矯正は、内部にスクリューがついた装置を使います。このスクリューを回すことで装置がゆっくりと広がり、歯列を広げて歯並びをきれいにしていくのです。ゆっくりと広がっていくため、痛みを感じることはほとんどありません。 治療を始めるタイミングが重要で、小学校低学年までに始めることをお勧めします。まだ乳歯列だけど歯並びが心配・・・まだ永久歯があまり生えていないけれど・・・そんな時期に、ぜひご相談にいらしてください。 ・歯を抜かない ・取り外して食事や歯ブラシをすることができる ・痛みが少ない ・治療費が分割で、通常の矯正治療より安価 ＊歯並びや噛み合わせが悪いと、咀嚼や発音に影響を及ぼすほか、むし歯・歯周病のリスクが高まります。見た目が気になってお口を手で隠すなど精神的な影響も考えられるため、子どものうちに歯並びを治すことで、日常のお手入れがしやすくなり、自信を持って笑顔で人に接することができるようになります。 矯正相談は無料です。 術前 術中 術後

むし歯 歯が痛い 食べ物や飲み物がしみる 詰め物や被せ物が取れてしまった むし歯は、ごく初期のうちは経過観察で済むこともありますが、進行すると歯を削るなどの治療が必要になります。 むし歯は進行するほど歯を削る量も多くなり、根の治療が必要になることもあります。生まれ持った歯を長く保つためには早期にむし歯を発見し、治療を繰り返さないことが大切です。 【痛みへの配慮】 むし歯の治療で不安に思われることの一つが、痛みではないでしょうか。 当院では、患者さんが少しでもリラックスして治療が受けられるように痛みに配慮した治療を心がけております。 ＊麻酔の痛みを和らげるための配慮＊ １．事前に表面麻酔を塗布しています ２．出来るだけ痛みの少ない部位に、粘膜をピンと張って針がスムーズに入るようにします ３．状況に応じて、歯科で使わる麻酔針の中でも一番細いもの(35G)を選択しています ４．ゆっくりと時間をかけることで、麻酔薬注入時の痛みを軽減します

予防・クリーニング 予防·メインテナンスで自分の歯を大事にしたい 治療した後の良い状態を維持したい 歯の着色や歯石をとってほしい 当院は、自分の歯を使い続ける事で、健康を守ることを目的とした「予防管理」を中心とした医療を目指しています。 　歯は一度削ったら再生をしないので、もう元には戻りません。むし歯の治療をした後も、むし歯を繰り返し、再治療を繰り返すたびに時間と治療費がかかる上に、歯の寿命も短くなります。 　また、歯周病は気づかない間に進行します。自分では除去しきれない汚れをプロフェショナルの歯科衛生士が機械的に除去したり、ご自身の気を付ける部分を確認したりと定期的なメインテナンスが状態を維持していくためにはとても重要です。 当院では治療後に通常３ヶ月に1度のメインテナンスをお勧めしております。 　いつまでも自分の歯を大事に保つために、定期的なメインテナンスをしていきましょう。 また、歯の着色や歯石の除去、定期検診も行なっております。

歯周病 歯ぐきが腫れている 歯みがきのときに血が出る 口臭が気になる 歯がグラグラする 30歳以上の成人の約80%がかかっていると言われている歯周病は、サイレントディジーズ(Silent Disease：静かなる病気）とも言われ、進行するまで自覚されにくい病気です。 歯周病は細菌の感染によって引き起こされる病気で、進行すると歯を支えるあごの骨が溶けて歯がぐらぐらしたり、歯ぐきが腫れて痛みが出たりします。　 近年では全身疾患との関係も明らかにされています。 歯周病は治療することができますが、重度の歯周病になると治すことが不可能になり、歯を抜かなければならないこともありますので、早期の治療がとても大切です。 当院では、治療後にも定期的にクリーニング、歯磨き指導などのメンテナンスを行い、歯と身体の健康を維持していきます。 【当院では「骨の再生治療」を行なっております】 歯周病で溶けてしまった骨を再生する治療です。歯周組織再生誘導材料を用いて歯槽骨を再生させ、骨縁下欠損を改善します。 当院では「骨の再生治療」も行なっておりますので、お気軽にご相談ください。

ホワイトニング 自然な感じの白い歯にしたい 歯の黄ばみが気になる 歯ぐきの黒ずみが気になる 歯の黄ばみは、加齢や遺伝、食生活などが影響します。 ホワイトニングは、歯の黄ばみを削るのではなく、専用の薬剤で漂白して白さを取り戻す治療法です。 当院ではご自宅で行う「ホームホワイトニング」を導入しております。 また、歯ぐきの黒ずみは、メラニン色素やタバコ、歯科用金属などが影響します。メラニン色素やタバコが原因の黒ずみは、薬剤を用いてピーリングすることで、きれいなピンク色の歯ぐきにすることができます。 ※ホワイトニングは口腔内の状態が安定していることが必要です。 　むし歯・歯周病などがある場合は、治療完了後に行います。
